When placing an order, you have two shipping options. After your order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule either a free delivery or in-store pickup.
We offer free delivery to the Boston/Cambridge area. If you are outside of our free delivery zone, we will contact you before processing your order to review any additional delivery charges.

Delivery includes us bringing all items into your residence. Setup, assembly and trash removal are all additional services offered when available, and are not included with the free delivery. These can be arranged at the time of purchase. We are not able to offer free delivery for exchanges or returns. Please note, there may be a minimal delivery charge for specific model sofas -- we will communicate this before processing your order if applicable.

All sales are final. Items can be exchanged for merchandise credit only, within 7 days of the purchase, if they are completely unopened and in the original packaging. Delivery charges will apply. Custom orders and special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
